Three-Stage Filter Housing [for 15-inch Cartridge]

• The filter housing is injection molded using food-grade PP/POM raw materials. It utilizes a threaded and snap-fit assembly (or bayonet fitting) for convenient replacement and use, and features high pressure resistance (or strong pressure bearing capacity).

• The filter cartridge is melt-blown using food-grade polypropylene (PP) raw material. The internal structure of the cartridge is designed to be loose on the outside and tight on the inside (or outside-loose, inside-tight structure). This unique gradient deep filtration forms a three-dimensional particle trapping effect (or depth filtration matrix). Furthermore, through secondary groove processing (or secondary grooving), the filter exhibits the characteristics of high porosity, high retention rate, large dirt holding capacity (or high contaminant loading capacity), high flow rate, and low pressure drop.
